With over 13 years of experience teaching Traditional Japanese Reiki, Shoko Dubiski offers a warm, supportive learning environment where each student is encouraged to grow with confidence and authenticity. Every training is intentionally kept small (a maximum of six students) to provide personalized guidance, hands-on practice, and ongoing support long after the course is complete.
Reiki is a simple yet profound practice that anyone can learn, regardless of age or experience. Through Reiki attunement and hands-on practice, you will learn to channel universal life force energy to support your own well-being and share healing with others.
After completing your training, you will be able to practice Reiki for yourself, your loved ones, clients, and even your animal companions.

What Is Reiki?
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words:

Rei – Universal Wisdom or Spiritual Consciousness

Together, Reiki refers to the universal life energy that flows through all living things.
Reiki supports the body's natural ability to restore balance by encouraging deep relaxation and helping to ease physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual stress. As your energy becomes more balanced, many people experience greater inner peace, improved intuition, emotional clarity, and a stronger connection with themselves and the world around them.
One of the beautiful aspects of Reiki is its simplicity. No equipment or special abilities are required. Through gentle hands-on or hands-above healing, Reiki naturally flows wherever it is needed, always supporting your highest good.
Reiki Level I
Begin Your Reiki Journey
Perfect for anyone who feels called to begin their Reiki journey.
During Level I, you will receive your first Reiki attunement, opening your natural ability to channel Reiki energy. This foundational training focuses on self-healing while introducing you to the history, philosophy, and traditional practice of Reiki.
As you deepen your connection with Reiki, you will learn how to bring balance and harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Through hands-on practice, you will be able to offer Reiki to yourself, family, friends, pets, plants, food, water, and the spaces around you.
By the end of the training, you will confidently begin your Reiki practice and understand how to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life.

Reiki Level II
Deepen Your Reiki Practice
Prerequisite: Completion of Reiki Level I
Reiki Level II marks a significant step in your Reiki journey. Through this training, you will deepen your connection with Reiki energy and expand your ability to support healing for yourself and others.
You will receive additional Reiki attunements and learn the traditional Reiki symbols and mantras, allowing you to work with Reiki on a deeper energetic level. As your practice grows, you will naturally develop greater confidence, deepen your intuition, and strengthen your connection to your inner wisdom.
One of the most exciting aspects of Level II is learning Distance Reiki, enabling you to offer healing across time and space. You will also learn how to send Reiki to past experiences, future intentions, relationships, and life situations with clarity and compassion.
As your Reiki practice deepens, you will continue your own healing journey while learning more advanced techniques to support the well-being of others.
