Awakening the Senses

A Yoga & Mindful Travel Retreat in Japan

October 19–26, 2026 with Shoko Dubiski

This is a thoughtfully curated small group yoga and mindful travel retreat in Japan, taking place from October 19 - 26, 2026, designed to experience both urban Tokyo and the natural beauty of Okinawa.

Designed for those who value presence over pace and depth over volume, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to experience two contrasting faces of Japan in one seamless journey.

in TOKYO

We begin with three nights in Tokyo, where refined urban energy, aesthetics, and tradition intersect. Through mindful exploration and carefully curated cultural experiences, participants are invited to sense the city’s rhythm beyond the surface.

From there, we travel south to the islands of Okinawa for four nights, where warm breezes, open skies, and untouched nature invite both body and mind to soften. Surrounded by sea and sky, the pace naturally slows, creating space for rest, integration, and renewal.
